Athletics By Rayanna

Last Tuesday we had athletics, first we did discus I threw it the furtherest of all the 11 year old girls and bet most of the 11 year old boys. I threw it 17 meters I was really proud of myself. Next we did shot put but and I only got a 2 for that it was a bit disappointing. The shot put was really heavy though. After morning tea we did long jump my first jump was 2.88 meters then my second jump was 2.88 meters. After I did high jump and got a 3 for it YAH!. I didn't do well in sprints but got into the final twice. That was the end of athletics and I enjoyed myself.
